Take Stock in Children is a comprehensive program that helps at-risk, low-income children succeed by providing college scholarships, volunteer mentors, student advocates/case managers, early intervention, and long-term support. High standards, parental involvement, and community support are crucial to the program's success. The Indian River State College Foundation is the lead agency for Indian River, Martin, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee counties.
